Timber Framed Conservatories
Our timber framed conservatories are a sensitive addition to any style of home.
They are custom designed in durable timbers to make the most of your space and frame your outside surroundings.
The classic problem with conservatories is that they overheat. We have developed self-opening roof windows that ventilate at the highest point in the roof space. These are temperature controlled via a sensor - they open when it’s hot to let warm air out, and close automatically when it rains. We also can fit underfloor heating. These innovations mean that your conservatory is a space that can be used year round.
Eco-Friendly Garden Rooms
Our garden rooms are growing in popularity as clients look to expand their living space or create a stand alone office, gym or studio.
Clad in slow grown timber with either birch faced plywood or plaster interiors our garden rooms are made to last and are built with thick walls with insulation at least 200mm thick.
To give a rough idea of cost please allow £1600.00 per square metre plus VAT @ 20%. This does not include foundations or wiring but we can arrange these services if required.
Our design and build process has three stages: we consult with you to design a custom garden room before carrying out the majority of the building work in our workshop, and then delivering insulated panels in modular form ready for assembly at your location. This means time on site is kept to a minimum
Our garden rooms can also be built with living roofs.
